Where can you find official information about integration?

The shortest route to official information is usually: start at Inburgeren.nl, then go to DUO or My Inburgering for personal matters and check whether your municipality or IND has additional information for your situation.

01

The shortest route to official clarity

1. Start with Inburgeren.nl for structure

This way you first understand the language of the system and the most important components.

2. Then go to personal portals

If your question concerns deadlines, dossier or messages, DUO and Mijn Inburgering have more value than another general explanation page.

3. Switch to municipality or IND for route or accommodation questions

This prevents you from getting stuck on a site that is not the owner of your problem.

02

Three types of official information

General explanation

Helps you understand concepts and structure.

Personal status

Show what is open to you, has been processed or now requires action.

Local or legal effect

Comes from the municipality or IND as soon as your situation becomes more specific than the standard overview.

03

Official also means current

A screenshot from last year is no longer an official confirmation. When in doubt, the most recent message or page that relates to your situation counts.
