Which learning resources are official or reliable for integration?
Official does not automatically mean that a source teaches best, and popular does not automatically mean that a source is always correct. That is why it is smart to consciously combine sources.
01
Three roles you shouldn't mix
Officially
Provides rules, deadlines and route information.
Reliable but not official
Often provides better explanations, examples and practice rhythm.
Unsafe use
Occurs when you use a popular source as the sole source for formal decisions.
02
Quick source check for yourself
- Does the source mention for which level or route the explanation is intended?
- Does the source refer to official websites when talking about rules?
- Does the source distinguish between general explanations and personal exceptions?
- Does the source really help you understand, or only temporarily reassure you?
03
Best safe combination
Use official sources for boundaries and decisions, and reliable practice sources for the daily learning in between.
